MARC E. LIPTON

Marc received his J.D. from Harvard University and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1990. He is an Executive Board Member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

JODY B. LIPTON

Jody earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit and her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan. Prior to private practice, Jody served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Oakland County. She was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1993 and is a member of the Michigan and American Trial Lawyers Associations.

PAUL J. WHITING, III

Paul was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2002, having received his J.D. from Wayne State University and his B.A. from the University of Detroit. Paul serves on the New Lawyers’ Committee, the Deposition Bank Committee and the No-Fault Committee of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association

WILLIAM B. LIPTON

Having earned his J.D. from the Detroit College of Law, Mr. Lipton founded the law firm in 1964. He received his LLB and B.A. from Wayne State University and started his professional career briefly teaching history and geography at Chadsey High School in Detroit.
